The Great Arguement
Episode I
--+=| THE GAUNTLET IS RETRIEVED |=+--
A small rift has developed in the ranks of electronic music programming at
TUNE! FM, with Kat from "Immersion" (Fri 8-10pm) challenging Priapism over
their latest promotion material. Kat, along with her good buddy Mr St.
Marshall have launched legal action to prevent what they claim to be a
gross defamation of their characters by the Priapism team. We, on behalf
of our listeners and the greater good of humanity have lauched a
counter-suit, claiming Mr. St. Marshall has caused irreperable harm to
TUNE! FM and we are seeking damages in the order of US$4 billion.
Episode II
--+=| CONCILLIATION FAILS |=+--
The Priapism boys extended the Olive Branch to Kat on air,
expecting to put down the little tiff that had threatened to destroy their
professional relationship. To their utter disbelief, Kat grabbed the
branch, twisted off each leaf one by one and then chewed them, spitting
them back at our heroes. It was at this point that Cookie realised that
she was the Child of Satan and she would never come to grips with the fact
that the Boys were just so much better than her. So, it is war...bring on
your spinning heads and projectile vomitting evil one, for we are ordained
by higher powers to save the world from soft pop dance music.
Episode III
--+=| THE TRUTH REVEALED! |=+--
The Boys took time to investigate the origins of Kat, Child of Satan (much
thanks to her brother Damien for his help - u r 1 kewl demon dude! :) We
uncovered photos of her and her minion, DJ Peeps, trying to blend into
the crowd at the 2001 Christian Dance Music
Festival.
We also found a painting of the battle between Jesus Christ and Kat's dad,
Satan. Based on this evidence, we hope that Kat comes to understand the
ill of her ways and realises that 'evil' will never triumph, because it
doesn't sell nearly as well at the box office as 'good' does.
And that we play more thumping music than she does!
